Sir district court mai dono k bich sulah ho gaya tha usmein tha ki ek lakh rupaye dena hai ek lakh rupaye join khate mein jama hoga jismein Se Maine 70000 De diye the iske bad vah apne mayke se aayi hi nahi. joint khata khulvane ke liye FIR sdgm jaj ne rs 3000 maintenance bandh diya us main paisa nahi diya toh jel bhej diya gaya mujhe fer 54000rs total maintenance clear pe bail mila mujhe.😢 How to solve this matter

Why courts give alimony to wife if after getting alimony wife remarries again. It should be made a law that if wife remarries again after getting the alimony, then she should return the alimony amount with interset..Then only false 498a case can be avoided. Because the main motive of wife is to get the money and after getting the money she remarries..This proves the loose character of wife..

Sir jinke pass sare avidence hai 498 a k liye unko bhi court panishment nhi de payegi ...kyu ki mere pass sare avidence hai pr police ne FIR nhi ki ab court case chal raha hai pr abhi tak 498a nhi lagayi hai ...

Sir Ye guidline syd sirf 6 month tak trial phase k liye apply hua.... Fir wapas s phle jaise hone lga hai syd. Sir ek bar plz confirm kriye..
