When I was drawing a circle on the ceiling my neck made some loud cracks! No pain! Hoping this will reduce in time? Otherwise looking forward to the results!

I'm not sure if you mentioned how long are you supposed to do it like a set of 5 or 10 or 10 seconds or 30 seconds I know you said go slow and I know you said don't over exhaust Yourself by doing too much but I kind of wanted to know what the recommendation is for beginners
