This is true - as a registered Republican I learned these facts and that the economy reduced during each Republican president. In fact, I lost my job during Bush and I thanked OBama for the ACA so I could get health insurance. I will NEVER vote republican again - trickle down economics created the billionaire class. It is ridiculous for one person to have that much money - but even worse that they got it from tax cuts and reduced oversight. No matter how great the idea - they still got there off the backs of the middle class.

Also, the "Oh there was a recession" argument is exactly the point. In 2008 it was GOP policies that CAUSED the recession. In 2020, it was neglect of pandemic response strategies that made the COVID economy so much worse. If you elect people who don't believe in government, they will not do the job of governing.
