My second day of gameplay was just me jumping from station to station picking up all the parts I bought without realizing they were 10+ jumps away.

As a miner/hauler pvp does happen even at early stages but it's not super often and can usually be avoided by warping away to a different asteroid belt

Thanks for the guide, coming back after about 5 years or so, so I'm stuck far past the tutorials but I need a refresher! I appreciate the content man

Fun fact - there are three locations in each empire for career agents, and you can complete all of them for the reward ships and modules etc.

It's a great way to make coin early in the game + gain standings in all four empires

Timely! Like you, I'm coming back to Eve after several years away. This is helpful to understand the new systems and refresh my memory on the game.

I just started today. Thx a lot. That was a great guide and familiarization. A friend told me about the magic 14. It’s worth checking out for any other newbies here

Well I've been seriously thinking about trying Eve Online and now your video has made my mind up. I'm going to go ahead and start playing the game myself and hopefully you'll keep these videos up. I will follow each and every one cuz I'm sure I'll need all the help I can get. Thanks for the guide keep up the great work!

I started today. I've heard about it for the longest time and have been tempted in the past, but yesterday I decided to actually play the game since I got time.
I hope you keep making more videos like this for us fellow newbies.

Saw an ad for Eve and looked good visually so searched YT to see what it’s like, Gameplay & Review, you came up and your run through is good 🤙

i created an account so I’ll give it a go when i can find the motivation to use my laptop. I spend 80% time on iPad and rest on Xbox lately… going through playing games stage in life i suspect 😎

Cheers buddy. I’ve just loaded into this game for the first time. There is a lot to learn but just going with the flow atm. The agent dudes are a great idea. I had a GM message me too just checking in and giving me tips. Never experienced that in a game. Nice of them.

As someone who has played EVE off and on for about 15 years, in regards to pvp, it's not a question of if, but when. You will be attacked by other players. You might play weeks without a pvp encounter, you may have multiple in an hour. It will happen. However, EVE ships can be insured, and generally pay out a significant amount if your ship is destroyed. But don't let gankings discourage you. It's a fun game and keeps me coming back every couple years.

I recently returned to EVE after having not played for 6 years now. I remembered NOTHING ofc, so my initial reaction was to create a new character, but as soon as i discovered career agents i hopped back on my old character and started doing those instead. Super helpful to get my bearings back around.

One thing Eve never teaches you is how to see, using your directional scan you'll be able to see that you're almost never alone doing things in space in high sec, low sec, and the more popular regions of null. Directional scan lets you see other players that are too far away to appear on your overview, up to 14 au away (roughly half an earth solar system). There are other things you can see on it, but it's common to apply a filter that only shows player ships and certain other objects, these are included in common overview presets

Played eve for nearly 10 years. Left due to RL things and went to return lately and it's like a totally different world from 2017 😂

this game reminds me of chess, cool calm and calculated, taking your time to make your decisions and learn the game and eventually become a master.
