5 minute dish with 2 basic ingredients! The easiest & best omelette you ever had! Have some feta cheese in the fridge (100gr) and 2 eggs? Crush them together, add 20gr of butter in a hot pan, salt and pepper in your mix and throw the mix in the pan. Keep tossing the eggs and add some chopped parsley (1 soup spoon), 1 small chili if you want some heat, and cook for 5 minutes till your mix is no longer liquid, but still smooth. Serve with some toasted bread. A great lunch idea achieved in no time at all!
