Oh my goodness, what a terrific selection! When I was whatching, I sprayed the original Opus 7, I nearly forgot, what an outstanding composition it is! uncompareable to any other scents in this segment. As its getting older, I think its getting better, I have the first launche! sensational!!!

L'Artisan Parfumeur just released Cuir Grenat and it's absolutely gorgeous. They got it in at Etiket a few weeks ago. You should get your nose on it.
Etiket still hasn't gotten Reckless Leather in the store but I anticipate that one. They don't have DS & Durga's Leatherize either and I really want to smell it.
My personal favorite leather fragrance is Goldfield & Banks Purple Suede, so I'm glad to see you feature it here. Another super underrated leather that I absolutely adore is Les Histoires Des Parfums 1740 Marquis De Sade.

I tested it yesterday and was very impressed! It's an outstanding cold weather scent though it's a bit heavy on burnt pine cones olfactory sensation through the mids. As you said a little vanilla added would've made it even better and would've tamed the what smell as burnt woods scent. Though the burnt woods calm down on dry down but still needs a bit of sweetness to make it perfect. Overall, a great scent..

Great to see you again Sarah. I enjoy leather. It’s great to see FB scents mentioned as I know they aren’t mass appealing but divine nonetheless. I’d love to try Sarah’s scent. If you can get a sample try Carolina Herrera’s Stallion Leather it’s a good one. I’m glad to know the sourcing of the ingredients are being done in a humane manner. Hopefully the newer techniques to create the scents will be more refined over time.

4:28 Sebastian you got me at Cuir Sacre, Leatherize, and Noble Leather, I want to try those! By the way, from my understanding, "cuir" is pronounced as Q-ee-yir (no u after the q) and "sacre" is pronounced without the e. Any genuine French person please chime in, merci!
