It's really amazing how people that are deaf from birth can even speak, I can't even imagine how I would manage to do that. Also, Hamill must have the best sign guy. You'd think every now and then there would be something lost in translation and Hamill would end up answering the wrong question, but there never is. True inspiration this man is, I wish him the best of luck for Saturday night.

Well actually if anyone saw the movie about Matt Hamill's life you would know that he doesn't need an interpreter to understand what they say, he was raised reading lips, only when he went to college did he really learn how to read sign language and use it himself.

Sooo many comments here making fun of Hamill, why? This guy was born deaf, he doesn't even know what his own voice sounds like. And the reason it's hard to understand him, is because he's never heard anyone else talk before. His will is amazing, this guy is definitely an aspiring role model!

@QofLife69 ya deaf ppl have trouble speaking b/c they can't hear small details in language we take for granted. But I think hamill speaks way better than a lot of deaf ppl I have heard.

It's hard not to like Hamill.
Unfortunately, I don't see him taking Rampage down as easily as Rashad did, and I don't think he'll be able to avoid Rampage's power for 3 rounds.
