MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant speaks with UFC Light Heavyweight Matt "The Hammer" Hamill after the UFC 130 pre-fight press conference, and finds out why he was compelled to call out the former champ Quinton "Rampage" Jackson for a fight.  Matt talks about what a win would mean for his career, what he learned from his victory over Tito Ortiz at UFC 121 and why he thinks his game plan is the right one to defeat the very powerful Jackson.  Matt also talks about how the movie "Hamill," which tells the story of his life, has changed his world for the better- especially when it comes to the ladies.

I could understand about 70-80% of what he said. Subtitles are handy but not a must.
Unlike HDNET, Karyn actually gets these video's up ASAP, faster than most people. That's always good. You can always add em afterwards.

In all fairness Hamill has only really lost to Franklin and Jon Jones, and he deserves to be getting a big fight in my opinion.

Hamill is a great guy and a pretty good fighter, but I gotta go for my man Rampage in this one. I would like a KO, but I wouldn't want to see a nice guy like Hamill out cold :( but for Rampage's sake a KO would be best for him, it might get his head back into the fight game since lately he's been pretty out of it. Where's a Rampage interview btw Karyn?
