Does it matter which way the bearings are facing when they go in, like is one side of a bearing different than the other side of that bearing? or is it like symmetrical??

Bought a board setup $200 got the board air bubbles in the grip and bearings were shot was a huge waste the person who put it together cleary gave no fucks

ordered Independent trucks off of Zumiez online website and I was wondering if it comes with screws/bolts that I can use to attach the truck to the deck. If it does not come with hardware to attach the trucks to the board what size should I get for Independent Raw 139 Stage 11 skateboard trucks. (Size 8 board)
