Yeah that didn't age so well lol. I've literally never met a single person who immediately has a positive thing to say about that game. Some of them might end with "but it's really not all that bad if you look at the whole thing..." but it always starts with a major complaint.

I highly recommend using the mod better leveled list with America Rising, It gives the enclave much better gear and implements modded power armor into their leveled lists such Classica APA, X-02 and X-03 Hellfire power armor.

Dlc size mods are the best, and good ones are so few and far between.
I remember enjoying America Rising years ago and am interested in having a go with the reboot.

Juicehead and Mxr’s channels are the reason Fallout 4 is and always will be my favorite game.

Chaotic Sun is one of those mods I installed out of desperation for new content and ended up loving it despite not knowing what I was doing half of the time.

No dialogue, just exploration and combat and it's a true challenge for high level players, must play if you want to try something different! Enable survival mode for extra spice!

How is it that no one has ported over 76 into 4? I would love to see all the armors and weapons in 76 to 4, that would be a game changer for me Imo

At least until America Rising 2 comes out, I’d recommend pairing that faction with the Minutemen to finish the main quest. Liberty Reborn is a mod that upgrades their gear in a way that fits with this and there are some Enclave workshop mods out there as well.

RR&SS is actually a prelude to the more dlc-sized mod of Maxwell’s World for anybody that doesn’t know. Definitely recommend using them together and playing through the dungeon mod first.

Very nice list, they all just glancing at them seem fairly lore friendly from what I can tell. Why I never liked mods like Fusion City as they were WAYYY too lore unfriendly.

Not sure why Juice always says you'll reinstall Fallout 4. I never uninstall Fallout 4. 2500 hours so far.

A few mods you might want to mention: Xander's Aid, Fourville, and Galac-Tac Retrebution. Smaller but still good is Hearts of Darkness and A Strange Calling.

I'm currently doing a livestream series going through DLC mods all on one character and I started with Sim Settlements 2. This will come in handy. I can't wait to try America Rising.

even after all these years, modders still manage to completely and utterly induce me with awe beyond words! amazing how they expand games to a level where a person unfamiliar with the game playing a moded version wouldnt be able to tell that its not the base game! absolutely amazing ^^

For DLC sized mods lets not forget Sim Settlements 2. I've already spent over 100 hours in the mod. It adds a ton of new content and quests. Also Sim Settlements 3 has been announced which will turn the game into a war game where settlements will have to defend themselves against serious gunner faction attacks. In addition, Fallout 4 London is expected to be released in 2023.
