My problem with some of these quest mods is that they're too self aware, they're fan service, rather than a new story within the world, they usually name drop The Sole Survivor or make comments that are obviously fan comments on the game inserted into the game. If the creators of these mods avoid that trap good for them, but I have my doubts.

sim settlements is just mindblowing. how a team of modders could accomplish something that huge and well produced is just crazy and i cannot wait for chapter 3 to drop

Rumor I heard from Kinggath's stream was it will come out a month or two before Starfield. Also mechanics people liked in Conquor are making their way back into the game. People loved em in SS1 so they arent silly enouogh to not do so. :)
London looks like a lot of fun. Its well worth installing the mod that gives you the vendor in the commonwealth. It has a sniper rifle Im particularly fond of. Oh and you can buy platemail to wear. My D&D heart is so happy.

Regarding Fallout:London, Bethesda was so impressed, they hired one of the writers for this mod. Personally, can't wait for this mod.

Honestly the only thing im interested in the Creation Club is the backpacks. Those are pretty cool but honestly that's about it.
