I will be putting more videos here on You Tube once I finish the final editing for the videos on the app.
I put a lot of time and effort into this thing, and I'm proud of the way it has come out. I would encourage anyone who is having TMJ problems to download it, and follow the program.

Do you address tinnitus at all? I’ve been told if it’s TMJ related it can be fixed?

Liked the video and subscribed to the channel. I have a question, please reply.

For about 2 months I didn't eat at all on the right side due to an ongoing root canal. Then I started eating, and I was eating something a bit hard, and I felt a crack as I was chewing on the right side. I started having jaw pain around the same time. Honestly, I can't remember if the jaw pain or the clicking came first, but they came on the same day or 1 day apart for sure.

My jaw hurt terribly for the next 3 days, and then over the next 4 weeks the pain went down pretty much completely, getting smaller in intensity with each passing day. But the clicking remains. When it clicks it doesn't hurt, but it's annoying and worries me. The clicking is only on the right side, and it only happens when I move my lower jaw a bit to the right as I'm closing it. The area next to my right ear where the jaw joint is located is sensitive to the touch.

And in one of your videos I saw you showed to put a finger in your ear and pull it towards the joint, and open and close your mouth. When I do that, I can hear weird clicking and cracking, even by just opening and closing my mouth normally (without moving the jaw to the right).

And one more thing I've noticed. If I put my finger on the jaw joint and open and close my mouth, I can feel something moving left and right over my joint there. Like some nerve or vein or muscle or something. This nerve/vein/muscle is sitting on the right side of the joint (closest to my ear) when my mouth is closed, and it moves to the left of the joint when I open my mouth. It makes the movement when my mouth is exactly half opened. I can literally feel it moving sides with my finger positioned there. This doesn't happen on the left side.

All this is happening on the right side of my jaw. The left side is fine. I don't have bruxism, I don't clench my teeth.

Assuming I sprained the joint or something due to 2 months of low activity, and then sudden high activity, and considering I have no more pain in the jaw. Could this be something that will just go away on its own? Any thoughts?

I hope you reply. Thank you :)

I'm phone-challenged and wonder if I could do the program on a PC. I think not, but just checking. Tech challenged too. Sigh!

How long does the treatment take if it is a muscle problem caused by bruxism? I have been using tmj splint for two months now and nothing has changed. I feel like it will never heal and I will have to adapt to it forever.
