Worst Job Interview: Marathi Guy

He is a BA graduate. He has lots of natak and always does roadside natak. He wants to be a creative officer because he is creative and hot.

This guy is certainly qualified for the creative officer position, he has a BA degree, pursuing MA, cooks, sings, wrestles, manages events, has performed in nataks, draws rangoli, has contacts with bollywood stars, has handled communications material for his nataks and has done so while supporting his wife and kids. I think learning English won't be a challenge for a talented person like him.

I work a HR head of a company. And conclusion from this interview is that, This person is a good hardworking experienced person.
He will do his job efficiently as a creative officer. This is a good interview not a worst. It is possible that a candidate may not have a good command over a foreign language or may not have a enough money to buy proper formal clothes for interview. As long as the purpose of interview is to find the right employees, this person is suitable for the creative officer role.

That was a very good interview.If speaking English was the only criteria for being creative then you have a wrong perception.Why in India this interview is in English and not in native language or hindi
