If you have eternatus a high enough level he will learn “restore” 10/10 PP which allows him to restore 3/4 of his health back so you don’t have to use potions. So hepful

dusk balls are also very useful for catching these pokemon if you do it at night. cause the temples count as caves and dusk balls are more effective at night. I caught one in three tries with a dusk ball.

Life hack y'all, change the date to August 31st in your date and time setting. 8/31/21 it'll immediately hail and you won't have to fly back to the beginning to spawn cryogonal.

my registeel wouldn’t get in a ultra ball at 1 hp
edit : i was gonna choose the dragon one but just for fun i saved and looked at them both and i thought the electric one was way cooler so i chose the electric one
