Adjusting the mirrors was very easy and was done quickly 👍.

While you're trying to push the left or right buttons (in the video), you miss both. You push the middle of the entire button panel instead of the given button area (where the button is painted on the panel). As far as the lag is concerned, you're right there. But at least it's pretty consistent and once you get used to it (which one does after a while ... unless one sells the car before that), it's not too much of a problem. Of course it'd be better if there was no lag at all. :)

1:21 it appears that when you actually touch the arrows as QPkrlssn mentioned you actually affect change rather then pushing an area between the arrows. DUH

Feels like you are nitpicking a bit in this video. Try pressing the arrows next time. I had no issues at all adjusting the mirrors.
