This is not remote desktop. You have to be on the same network for this to work. Remote desktop allows you to remotely connect ANY desktop.

I follow the steps : Setting-System-Remote Desktop, but it shows Windows 11 home does not support Remote Desktop, is there any way to use it on the windows 11 Home or i have to upgrade it to Pro at keyingo which my friend suggested ?

Thank you, but I am confused why in Win Computer's name and user name are different, can they be the same? Can you add (in your case) kstvbox, twice for Computer name and user name?
