Use Super II (invincibility) and get to 5 cards by parrying pink fish at the start. You'll be glad of it during the octopus part.

I’ve learned that you can literally skip the entire octopus part by dashing over the boulder and continuing dashing every time you bounce off the water. Granted, you need like 4 or 5 health to make it all the way, but it really works.

Remember to Perry the gem if you see an iceberg because the octopus will go underwater.

If anyone is still struggling on octopus part, if you have 4 hp and invincibility you can skip it by using it, dashing like crazy and tanking damage, you can do it on 3 hp but it's harder

Invincibility super really helps in this level, so try to parry a lot leading to the octopus part.

Also you have to know that you can parry the pink ennemies and it will still count as pacifist ! Just did it on the octopus part !

I..finally.. beat it! My big tip! Chill by the stone steps and parry the pink fish till you have your special full and make sure you have invincibility special equipped along with extra health point. Think of this level as 2 sections. Before Mr Crabs and after Mr Crabs. Once you get past him it's easy, Until you get to the damn octupus. But going to him with 4 health and the invincibility special will give you the boosted confidence to beat it. I believe in you!

Big tip for the octopus part!

Use chaser to kill all the shrimp, so you only need to worry about the white projectiles. Super easy.
