I remember when I was kid racing Darius in my supra, it took me an insane amount of attempts to beat him. My supra wasn’t maxed out with the best parts. It was pretty frustrating and honestly thought it was impossible. His Audi R8 is just so fast coming out of the turns.

the cars you unlock depend on wich choice you take at the start. for instance if you start with tuners you get the skyline in darius' territory, and with the exotics you get the carrera GT.

Yess, finally!! I did it! That Darious is infuriating with his loose tongue and his stupid swift car controls. My lambo struggled to keep pace. But now, after easily 2 hours, Derius is finished off.

At first I actually didn't even try to run from him in round 2. I noticed that with every bump from Darius one gets 5'000 points and thought I could use that. However the attempt to take advantage of that proved unfruitful. The ai of Darius is far to volatile, when one tries to slow down and hit him. It mostly resulted with the ai pulling my rear away, letting me face the cliff or the opposite direction, which basically made it impossible to overtake him again in time.
