The instructions for assembling the mower were useless. I spent time trying to find a video that explained how to start the mower; how to assemble the grass bag; and how to insert the mulch bag. Glad this is available. But why, after spending several hundred dollars on a mower, did I have to search for a how-to video? Ryobi needs to revise its manual.

Two batteries are fully charged, neither is working. Key is in, blade is clear, nothing blocking it. Wiped down the connectors. What else could it be?
