My dermatologist gasped when I showed him my bald spots and told him I only wash my hair once a week😂 he was like „you better start washing every two to three days“ and it worked lol my hair has grown back🤷🏻‍♀️

Oily hair should be washed at least every 3 days, dry scalp can last up to a week. It really depends on your scalp and hair type

For those who don't know, you don't always have to wash once a week your hair can get greasy in 1 day or it can last a week. It just depends on your hiar type for example:your friends hair can last a week or more without getting hreasy but you on the other hand can get greasy hair on day 2 or 3. It's just what works for you so if its not working just wash it everyone 2 days or 3 but never wash your hair 2 a day that can cause hair lose really quickly and badly.
