Today we are doing a large traveling double open cup galaxy pour. It is a variation on the double open cup acrylic pouring that I have been doing recently. This technique of acrylic pouring is a great experience for beginners and artists of all levels. Of course, there is a twist in this video!! This will be on a 36x48 canvas. This is the largest acrylic pour I have ever done, and it ended up being one of the most freeing and fun experiences I have had with open cup pours. If you have the means I would suggest you try this because it was a whole lot of fun to do!

Spinning may be easier but in this case I think that tipping was the right way to go. This painting is exquisite. Beautiful job.

Spectacular color play in this. I like that your cells are staying small and the pattern has stayed intact. Really special.

Most excellent. It makes you feel the deep not empty/ emptiness of deep space. Your music was an excellent match. Thank you for sharing.

that canvas is huge, it is like having a two for one pour. waiting for the sn.... to fall. maybe next time you do this start them in opposite corners and we can bet on which gets to the middle first lol. the different look from each cup is amazing. the finished picture is just breathtaking.

Blessings, J Mo! That is so beautiful! It's incredible to watch all the colors do their thing. I would love to see you do this same, but use bright colors like red & gold & green & yellow & purple & black but on a white background. Then also add the crystals & other beadings. I hope you'll do it! God bless!
