According to Mk's position in the periodic table, it's a super-massive, probably radioactive noble gas, that doesn't react with anything and is therefore impossible to neutralize.

To anyone curious, evaporated milk is milk that has been heated until 60% of the water has evapourated. Condensed milk is evaporated milk with added sugar. It is reduced down the in the same way but the sugar help creates a different product.
