I have not long learnt how to make my own marshmallows...my favourite ones to make myself is lemon-lime or apple crumble. I love these videos, and this one in particular looks awesome!

Foe the cookie crumble bit, which I'm assuming is made with gram crackers due to the color, wouldn't it be a bit more aesthetic to have the cookie layer as a layer on the top or bottom of the batch? Not to mention that the customer would get more cookie goodness since some would be guaranteed per marshmallow instead of some of the marshmallows of that flavor not having any cookie bit.

Your explanation reminds me of my shytty science fair project where i explained electricity and added battery powered lights in a model of a home. I spent all the time on the home and none of the time on the electricity.
