Ukraine and EU criticise Mongolia for hosting Vladimir Putin | DW News

Ukraine and the European Union have criticized Mongolia for hosting Russia's President Vladimir Putin. Despite being a member of the International Criminal Court, Mongolia did not arrest Putin on a warrant for alleged war crimes. The court itself has no power to enforce the order.

USA threatens ICC judge with sanctions if he approves arrest warrant for Netanyahu. (and until now the letter has not been approved)
USA threatened the ICC judge with sanctions if he did not approve the arrest warrant for Mr Putin, and at that time the ICC processed the letter very quickly.

Hmmm... Lets see, Mongolia is land locked between Russia and China and relies on Russia for energy. Not to mention that Mongolia has a fairly limited military. If I were in Mongolia's place, I wouldn't arrest him either.
