Installing the Smooth Transition Bed Rail is simple and takes less a minute. This next generation bed rail goes UNDER the bedding, so there is no entrapment hazard.

1. Pull back bedding, including the fitted bed sheet AND the mattress pad.
2. Place bed rail directly on mattress surface a foot from the headboard. Be sure the curved edge is facing out.
3. Replace the bedding.
Note: If your sheets are too tight, you may put the rail on top of the mattress pad but still under the fitted sheet. Be sure it's a snug fit.

And that's it. Your child's bed is ready for them to have a safe, smooth transition from their crib to a bed!
