Man... Imagine what Denahi went through
He thought he lost both his brothers to the same bear in a single day.
But Kenai hit him harder, that was his baby brother, after Sitka first died, he was next in charge to look after Kenai, he had to be the mature one and thought he failed. Its just so heartbreaking.

What I love about this fight is that it’s against the Disney formula of a hero vs villain fight instead this is a fight between two brothers, not enemies (one who doesn’t know the other was turned into a bear )and they literally fight to the death. This is the kind of drama I want from Disney!

I just love this movie. Kenai felt exactly the same fear that the koda’s mom’s before dying. Until the last second, same position.

I feel like throughout the whole fight, Sitka was there with Koda's mum eating popcorn like, "So how long did he chase you for?" "Oh, about 2 minutes, maybe 3." "Gotcha. I'll put the alarm on."

I love the attention to detail of denahi having dark circles around his eyes from most likely not sleeping for trying to get revenge on the bear he thought killed his brothers

Denahi really had no intention of killing Koda. He just wanted that spear. But I remember as a little kid, I thought he wanted to kill Koda haha

It's cool how they had Kenai protecting Koda the same way Koda's mother did, even having him almost get killed the same way.

More cartoons like this! Not a single villain except the main character's selfishness and hunger for revenge.
In other cartoons the main character gets some powerful weapon by which they overcome the villain. In this case Kenai and Koda get Denahi by whom their love overcomes Kenai's selfishness and Koda's sorrow for his mom, and his greatest fear of human hunters.

Can I just say the part where Koda jump on Dahani spear to have save Kenai is probably the most intense momement for me in the movie along with the subsequent scene and valley of fire!
