gorr is a great character, but why would he trust Thor to take care of his daughter? Gorr doesn't know Thor at all, he had no reason to think that he was any better than all the corrupt gods out there. Also wouldn't it have been morally correct for Gorr to wish for all the gods to die to prevent more people from going through what him and his daughter went through? Like yeah he saved his daughter but now billions of people will continue to devote their lives to corrupt gods only to be treated like animals by them the way Gorr himself was at the start of the movie.
