I notice that Family History is a question not given much weight in healthcare these days. It’s important to know this information so we can change/impact what we can e.g. behavioural interventions.

Any chance you all could post the family history form you ask of your patients? I would be interested in doing it just for my own information

Family medical history is a formality that should be a basic consideration in cases of adoption. Unfortunately those who were victims of forced adoption were denied that basic, and necessary right.
