Pollen is expected to pile up early this year. Higher temperatures, more rain and El Niño winds may contribute to a perfect storm for allergies. Experts believe climate change is making the season about three weeks longer and more intense. Dr. Neeta Ogden, allergist and spokesperson for the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss who could expect the worst allergies and how to prepare.

This is a really bad and beautiful season. Ever since it became spring, I keep have stuffy noses, itchy eyes, and lots of coughs in my classroom. I do not go outside in my backyard because there is a pollen tree there. Now that it is allergy season, it is now so bad. I am now sick right now just because of this. The pollen is getting me sicker, and sicker. I cough everyday. I think that people should start spraying flowers, and clean up the pollen in the roads so people can not get itchy eyes, red eyes, and stuffy noses. Everytime I shower, I shower for about 20 minutes until all the pollen gets off. Everybody should not get allergic from this. People should make machines that can keep you safe from the pollen and then you can go outside with no stuffy noses, or itchy eyes. This is why I think spring should start getting clean so nobody nobody can get sick like me.
