If I can give one tip for being more consistent on the sweet spot, Rory is the perfect example here. Watch how his trail foot stays on the ground until well after impact. That promotes downswing accuracy to find the sweet spot on the club face. His right heel doesn't rise until the momentum of the swing naturally brings it up. If your feet get busy in the downswing, it can cause you to start missing the center of the club face.

Notes:
-Very stable and quiet lower body—not a lot of weight transfer
-Lead arm doesn’t get above shoulder plane at top
-Lead wrist is slightly cupped, not flat and certainly not bowed
-Trail foot is just barely coming off the ground at impact
-No one in the world releases the club like Rory. Watch that release. Unreal.

I started hitting balls with a very subtle cupped lead wrist and my ability to supinate and shallow out more has got me hitting my 7 iron 185 when before with a flat lead wrist was going about 168-172. I feel like it helps me generate a little more hand speed through the ball. I’ll never go back to a flat or bowed wrist again.

What stood out for me is how his trail elbow is not pointing in towards him but rather pointing behind him with lead elbow towards the target

It's interesting to see an interlocking grip which is I think kind of rare they never used to advocate that but it obviously works for this guy.. One of the best wings I've ever seen

One thing he, and alot of pros do very well is on the takeaway when the shaft is parallel to the ground, the toe of the club head is basically straight up and that means the face is square. When my teacher got me to get that to happen, it was like a whole new game had opened up.
Give it a try and you should see a big improvement too.
