Would an ad valorem tax / indirect tax diagram like the one at 4:12 be suitable when discussing whether to raise sugar tax to reduce the overconsumption of unhealthy drinks. Or does the diagram at 4:12 just show the impact of introducing an ad valorem tax such as a sugar tax?
