Although all these odds may seem rare, we have no way of knowing how uncommon they actually are. We have only observed one universe. Right now, it is basically like we flipped a coin and got heads, but since we only flipped it once, there is a 100% probability that it is heads. Just like we have only observed one universe and we exist in it. From our perspective, we have a 100% chance of existing. If not, we wouldn't be here to measure that probability.
