How to fix your horn that doesn't work & what to check

Hello all! I made this video because the horn stop working! Few thing's u need to check are 1. Fuse on your fuse box. 2. The relay of the horn. 3 check if your horn has water inside like mine.. My 1st Mazda 2008 honks randomly with/out keys in. Flashers also come on whenever, driving or parked. Clock-spring in steering wheel is supposedly the cause. In Canada its $170. From China in 10 days free delivery total $21.00CAN. I got wrong part. They don't have the one that I need.

So I have a 2015 Mazda 3 my horn was dying slowly for a few days then all the way dead. .... I thought I just needed a new horn so I went to O'reillys and got the same exact horn I hooked it up real fast just to see it work I got nothing I check the fuses the 15 Amp was fine the relay you can hear it so click when I hit the horn I switched it from a working one over it did the same thing so the relay is fine. I thought the horn was defected I attached the positive to my Harley Davidson battery straight up positive to positive negative to negative and it works but for some reason in my car it doesn't even played with the ground tried different grounds nothing I'm literally gonna go push this car off the Golden Gate bridge if you can help me in any way I would appreciate it thank you
