The tip you provided also works for vlookup. In the table you extract data to, label the columns with the column position number, and insert that cell instead of inserting the column position number.

I tried the dget function after downloading the practice file but hit a bit of a snag when trying to ascertain the total number of laptops sold in the east region...please help.

is there a way to use SUMS dget so you can pull multiple "sales amount" and add them together?

1 more limitation I'm observing is Vlookup we can use for multiple records at a same time. But here in DGET we can't do that as if in a tabe for 1st record we can include header but from next record we can't include header with criteria. Is there any way we pass this also?
