I have an issue on my MSI computer when I click FN the possible uses for it light up as red but for some reason it broke and when I press E it does the same thing and when I click FN it, it doesn't

All cool but ever since I started playing Helldivers 2, I lost function of my Left Ctrl and Left Shift keys - but I have sticky keys turned off too. I've tried everything, holding the Function Key down and click escape, ctrl, shift, etc.

My FN key + arrow keys used to control brightness and volume. Now for some reason it controls the shape of the window I am looking at, and I can't change brightness and volume anymore using the keyboard. Please tell me how to fix this.

okay but my only key that is locked is f5 and its my mic, locked, so mic is disabled in all apps. how do i change this?
