It's sad... I would like to start a relationship with Amex, but I don't trust them... I've seen too many crazy stories on YouTube and within discussion forums. I know they have great products, but I don't like feeling like they are out to get me 😅

Amex needs to raise the fee on the Plat up to $1000.00 annually and $250.00 per authorized user. plus keep the $75k/ year for unlimited access and cut the free visits down to a few a year for free included, then you have to pay $75.00 / person after that. this will start clearing out the lounges, as they should go back to focused on high spenders, frequent travelers and business class. eliminating the rest.

I had a $25 return payment because for the first time I tried to make payment from my Amex savings account and for some reason it didn't go thru. Now I have this crazy banner on my account 😢
