11:10 The reason BRICS wanted Egypt is because they want to control (or be very near) all sea trade checkpoints in the world, it's a long-term strategy. Egypt = Suez, Ethiopia = Bad al-Mandab, UAE and Iran = Hormuz, South Africa = Cape of Good Hope, and next will be Thailand and Malaysia = Malacca Strait. Later will probably be Turkey = Bosporus and Algeria or Marocco for Gibraltar. If they do that they will control or influence all sea trade in the world.
