G'Day guys, Love the channel, and also think that you are all very lucky to have school friends that you kept in touch and still close to this day. You all are very blessed. I do have a slight criticism maybe. After all these years working besides real chefs, I would assume the Norms still would have picked up quite a few techniques in the kitchen, and I believe you should show that. I also would assume the Chefs themselves being what they are would always be keeping up with the new techniques in the kitchen where I think the channel could use as a format or one of, in teaching or competing the norms against newly found ways of cooking. As I said a small criticisms other than that. Love the show.

First time I made paella, the ingredients confused me... seeing you make it has inspired me to try again.
I'd be curious if you got the raw ingredients to Canh Chua Ca and no instructions if you could make it. One very confusing dish.

Sorry sorry - I’ve just got to say that while I know the show/episode is about having fun and seeing what you can do - its hardly a competition to require that they both make the same dish and yet their kitchen only has one proper pan for the dish. If the competition is to see how close you can come to making the dish you’ve been told to make when you both will not have all the proper equipment and or ingredients to make - that’s one thing but to try and say this is a proper competition between a chef and a “normal” (really?) they should all have the same equipment the same ingredients and the same instructions. After that it is up tho them to follow the instructions and use the equipment and ingredients in the way or amounts recommended or to use only some or in a different manner than suggested, Yah - I’m anal - and I do love the guys and the shows but this annoys me every time.
