Fort Worth officer killed by drunk driver heading the wrong way, police say

A 25-year-old woman is accused of driving drunk the wrong way on a highway ramp before striking and killing Sgt. Billy Randolph, a 29-year veteran of the Fort Worth Police Department.

In 1979, three weeks before Christmas, my 13 year old son was killed by a drunk driver who crossed the median and killed my son instantly. He wasn't hurt and was given probation because of his age. It feels like it was yesterday.
