Without applying Energy from within you, one couldn’t push or pull on an object(s) regardless of how much Force you apply. Note: Force does not physically exist like an object with mass. Force is just an expression like one would use the word, “Love” to express one’s feelings.

Sir we have to take left side as negative so the initial velocity will be -30 m/s but you taken as + 30 m/s WHY ❓
