Bro this problem could be done with linear equation itself :
Let the age of the smaller one be x
So the age of the other person is obviously ' x + 18 '
So forming it an expression :
' x + x + 18 = 108
2x = 108 - 18
X = 90/2
X = 45
And the other person will be 45 + 18 = 63
