About Rush, I want to admit being wrong about something… Since the mid ‘70’s, my all-time favorite band has been Yes. In the 80’s I used to say Rush is a “Yes wanna-be band”. And although they obviously got inspiration and ideas from Yes, I realized later how amazing Rush is. They are their own thing and not a wanna-be anybody band. All bands build their style on things that came before. That’s part of the nature of creativity and art. So I’m sorry to people I offended back in the day. I was wrong.

How he wrote this, let alone wrote and sang the vocals, is beyond me. Geddy is on a completely different level. Incredible.

For some reason I wasn’t hearing Geddy going all the way up to that high G. Or maybe I was thinking he couldn’t be doing that. Haha. Thanks for the fine work my friend.

If I can train my ring finger on the right side to gallop like my other two fingers I can be really good. Unlocking the pinky on the left hand really advanced my bass playing ability. Thanks for sharing this great song.

Eric Lifeson is one phenomenal talent...i was so impressed when i saw a live performance and his ability to fill the void just as equally as Geddy & Neil...Eric & Geddy knew that if they WANTED NEIL PERT TO JOIN THE BAND, THAT THEY FIRST, HAD TO WRITE VERY COMPLEX AND INTRIGUING ARRANGEMETS, IF THEY WERE TO HAVE ANY HOPE WITH NEIL....WE CAN ONLY ASSUME THEY NAILED IT, AS HE SPENT THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE GIVING THEM 100% OF HIS CANADIAN BLOOD TO THIS
