I wish there was a program like this when I was in school. You can build your self-esteem, feel better about yourself, of knowing that someone really cares about me/you. You will be able to see that person on a daily basis, so, that is uplifting altogether. Bravo! To the persons who implemented this program. Remain blessed in the Lord. Peace

Looks good and like a great way to hold children accountable, increase conscientiousness, and improve classroom environment. I wouldn't suggest a male teacher using language like "my man" when working with a student since it can come off like misogynistic fratenizing if he uses that language modeled with other boys and excludes girls. Praising using inclusive language is best.
