Personally I liked fox
Not for what he did to ahsoka or 5s and I think part of why vader killed him was because of those reasons as a anakin (my personal head canon) but also because vader takes no mistakes and punishes people who make them
But because I liked his drive and loyalty to the empire and Palpatine
I'm loyal like that to my friends
So I respect his loyalty and honor
But otherwise I was happy he died
