I am a Brian Cox fan. I do have a problem when he says a large asteroid WILL HIT THE EARTH AGAIN. NO ONE KNOWS THAT. You can say the probability is very high that it will happen again, but that is all. It may seem nit- picking but this is one of the most intelligent person on the planet.

The good news is that NASA scientists have discovered almost all of the asteroids that can have catastrophic impacts on Earth (diameter > 1km) and we also discovered i think 25% of asteroids that can destroy cities or countries (diameter 250m - 1km). So overall we are good for now😃.
