I used Avail when my airbnb was closed down. We lost our airbnb/flat downtown bc the HOA decided no STR's in our building. I listed our flat on Avail and almost lost them bc i didn't know how to navigate it...but it all worked out great. It rented immediately. Thank you for this help video bc im about to list our house.
