Secret #3 is so true. I usually get the drink packages however sometimes members of my party don't. The bartender will give them a drink every now and then. I usually get a smile and a thank you. It goes a long way.

Oh another way to save money on a cruise is booking the week of sailing. That is the reason why I was able to take one cruise every month this year alone. I booked my plane tickets in advance but book the cruise last minute. It is around 50 to 75 percent off the normal cost.

One of my favorite excursions, in Cozumel, is Nachi Cocum. It is not an offered excursion, so you have to book it online direct. They only let 130 people on the beach. On a day where multiple ships are in port, this is a nice getaway. 50per adult all inclusive food and drinks. We go there every time, minus our cruise last week. We were only in port from 0930 to 1530 so we just stayed on the ship and enjoyed the pool to ourselves! Love your tips!

It is always so much fun watching your videos. I was on the Escape in June and July. It was right after you left the ship I believe. I have been taking one NCL cruise every month this year and I just stepped off of Breakaway. I love me some NCL and when you do videos, I do agree with everything you say since I did work on the Pride of America. Even though I’m super happy that I no longer work on cruise ships, I still love waiting ship videos. I loved cruises before and super love them now. In 3 weeks I will be taking my 20th NCL cruise. I will probably be one of the youngest guest that is Platinum Plus Lol.

One advantage of buying an excursion through the cruise line is that they will hold the boat if the excursion is late....
Tipping and being nice is a great idea. Staying drunk for a week isn’t.
Gambling is for losers... lol
