North Korea to create its own time zone

North Korea threatens the U.S. with a "second Korean War" and wants to create its own time zone. CNN's Brian Todd reports.

Actually, the time zone thing is brilliant...
Why the fuck set your clocks back and forth by an hour, twice a year...when you can split the difference by 30 minutes, and never touch them again.
Daylight savings time is pointless.
