I and most of the athletes I work with do this warmup before surfing and training. I promise you if you start to do this before every surf session or workout. Your body will not only be ready to perform it will start to gain mobility and ranges of motion. Most importantly if you want to improve at anything you must change your lifestyle habits. This video is a good habit to start.
