I see that this article was posted back in August. My Concern has to do with the recent Op-System Update to the Note-7, affecting the Battery's max-charge limited to 60%!
Do you know whether or not performing this procedure might remove this addition???

Hi you guys! I have a herited Note 7, I´m from Argentina and my cousin bought it in the US, and now it won´t let me enter my gmail account... I have to introduce the account of the previous user, so my question is: does this procedure (hard reset) work with my problem? Will I be able to use it completely, with no problems at all?
